Min-elam brings the repossessed assets sold across Tamil Nadu to everyone — openly, on a phone.

Every month, repossessed vehicles, property and pledged gold across Tamil Nadu have to be sold to recover loans. Most of these auctions were announced on a notice board or in a small newspaper column — seen by a few, decided by fewer.
Min-elam (மின்னேலம் — “e-auction”) puts those sales on every phone. Anyone can see what is for sale, read its papers, view it in person, and bid openly against everyone else. The seller gets a fairer price; the buyer gets a fair chance.
We started with vehicle pools and built out to property under SARFAESI and gold loan auctions — each with the rules those sales have to follow, built into the app.

Founder & CEO, Min-elam · Trichy
“A public asset should be sold in public — at a price everyone can see.”
Dharanish founded Min-elam after seeing how repossessed vehicles stood for months in yards, and how property and pledged gold were sold through notices few people ever read — decided by a small circle of regular buyers.
Min-elam puts those sales on every phone in Tamil Nadu: each lot with its papers, its reserve price and a time to see it, and bidding that anyone can follow live. Sellers get a fairer price; every citizen gets a fair chance.
As Founder & CEO, Dharanish leads the product and the partnerships with sellers across Tamil Nadu, and builds the Min-elam team from Trichy.
Lots, papers, bids and results are visible to everyone taking part.
Notice periods, reserve floors and payment windows are enforced by the software, not by memory.
A phone and a mobile number are enough to start — in Tamil or English.
Min-elam is built and run from Trichy. Designed by Uxonic.
Every open auction in Tamil Nadu, in one place.
