Verified bidders, verified sellers, payments through a regulated gateway and a named Grievance Officer — here is how Min-elam keeps an auction honest.

Everyone signs in with a mobile number and OTP. Vehicle pools need Aadhaar verification; property and gold sales need PAN. We keep only what the sale needs.
Only sellers that Min-elam has verified and onboarded can list. Every pool shows who is selling, and every lot carries its papers.
Fees and EMD are paid through an RBI-regulated payment gateway. Min-elam never sees or stores your card or UPI PIN. Refunds go back to where you paid from.
Receipts, sale letters, certificates and release letters carry the Min-elam seal and stay in your app — download them again any time.
Other bidders see your token number, not your name or phone. Your data is used only to run the auction — see the Privacy Policy.
Every lot closes on its own clock and a late bid extends it, so no one wins by sniping in the last second.
If someone does, it is not us. Report it to the help desk, and to the cyber crime helpline on 1930.

Start with the help desk. If that does not solve it, our Grievance Officer will.
